Between Chords. A new piece for piano I wrote this past February. The title makes sense when you listen to it.
And here's a much earlier piece, more romantic in style. Little Rhapsody for Piano.
And a Little Fugue for Piano.
Here's a short, somewhat pungent little piece: Sonatina for Piano.
One that was fun to compose, Wholetone Etude for Piano. It's based on the two wholetone scales. (I ended it with perfect 5th button which ironically sounds a bit discordant after being in the wholetone sound world for a few minutes.)
Lovely John.

I doubt I’m number one fan but thanks. Piano and other stringed instruments ( I consider piano stringed) appeal most to me. Thanks John.

Thanks John. All those years raising kids and working left me with not much time for composing. So now that I’m retired and the kids are grown I’m making up for lost time. And still playing. A 3 hour rehearsal for a musical, Little Me, yesterday. Jazzy score. If someone told me when we were playing in Clem’s bands I’d be playing the trombone when I’m 78 I wouldn’t have believed them.
